Rush Union (formerly Chiefs FC and Georgia Rush) is a Youth Soccer Club with branches located in Dunwoody and Milton (Alpharetta). It is also a part of the greater Rush Soccer organization, which serves over 110 markets throughout the country and internationally. Our mission is to Serve, Develop, and Inspire our membership through the sport of soccer.
Role Description
This is a contract on-site role located in Dunwoody and/or Milton, GA for an Assistant or Head Youth Soccer Coach at Rush Union Soccer. The Assistant Youth Soccer Coach will be responsible for assisting in coaching youth soccer players, communicating with players and parents, providing soccer education, and supporting the coaching staff. This role is flexible, and requires attendance at training sessions twice per week for 90 minutes each (typically 6:00 - 7:30 PM). Attendance at weekend games is flexible, but necessary for upward mobility and development as a coach. Pay is flexible based on previous coaching experience and acquired licenses.
The Head Coach role follows a similar structure, except they will lead a team or age group by planning training sessions, maintaining and growing a positive culture, communicating with parents and club leadership, and coaching games for their team. Compensation starting point is higher and is flexible depending on previous coaching experience, acquired licenses, and tenure with Rush Union.

Coaching Licenses
