Required Job Qualifications:
- High school graduate or GED.
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Able to interact effectively with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and set priorities.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in an administrative role in healthcare or education.
- Creates, maintains, retrieves, and files.
- Responsible for prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing a variety of projects as applicable.
- Professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
- Prepare and distribute reports.
- Faxing and photocopying and scanning documents. Filing and distributing documents.
- Delivers and retrieves mail/documents/packages as necessary throughout the medical center.
- Utilize basic functions of Microsoft Office to deliver tasks (Word and Outlook).
- Managing office supply inventory.
