EclinicalWorks (eCW) Administrator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented EclinicalWorks (eCW) Administrator to manage and optimize our electronic medical records (EMR) system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system maintenance, user management, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create, update, and manage user accounts and access privileges.

· Perform regular version upgrades and apply security patch updates.

· Route patient web messages and e-prescriptions for medical assistants.

· Merge duplicate patient records and manage patient document folders.

· Set up new accounts and provide basic training to users

· Configure provider schedules and update locations

· Work with the eCW account manager to implement system enhancements.

· Attend eCW local seminars and and stay updated on software improvements.

· Create and follow up on eCW support tickets to resolve system issues.

· Implement and monitor Healow patient demographic updates and check-ins.

· Oversee appointment reminders and patient balance text notifications.

· Generate and analyze eCW reports, including patient accounting balance reports and Healow check-in analytics.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Experience managing EclinicalWorks (eCW) or similar EMR systems.

· Strong understanding of user access management and security protocols.

· Ability to troubleshoot EMR-related issues and provide staff support.

· Excellent documentation and training skills.

· Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient data securi

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $74,804.00 - $82,444.00 per year
