Pay Range : $55.75 - $93.66 per hour

Summary :
Solutions Architect is a key role that is responsible for designing project related software solutions. The candidate will participate as a technical expert in design and development of software in support of web applications and BI initiatives. The specific responsibilities will vary from project to project, providing excitement and variety, but also requiring flexibility and adaptability to support team need. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.
Responsibilities :
Provide functional application expertise regarding “best practices” and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation
Assist with functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures
Document and perform application setups in test and production instances
Address and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to ensure project schedule adherence
Document and perform application setups in test and production instances
Serve as a subject matter expert on cross-functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development in an agile software development environment
Able to design practical solutions that leverage the benefits of the Cloud having a clear understanding of SaaS, PaaS and IaaS deployment models
Position Requirements
Bachelors Degree
7 years of experience developing and supporting commercial or enterprise applications.
5 years of software architecture design
Strong background in cloud computing, software engineering and tools development.
Prior experience working in healthcare and with Protected Health Information
Results-driven mindset and problem-solver mentality
Knowledge of cloud ML tools from industry leaders (NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, Google)
Experience programming in Python
Experience making design decisions for technical solutions
In-depth knowledge of diverse technologies covering front end (Web / Mobile), middleware, persistence layer, along with BI solutions
Works well with others and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CI / CD concepts and tools
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Job Qualifications :
Experience with AI / Generative AI
Master's in computer science or software engineering.
Cloud architecture experience
Prior experience working in healthcare and with Protected Health Information
Technical certifications (such as Microsoft or programming language).
