Summary :
The Clinical Practice Consultant RN, is an informal nurse leader responsible for maintaining and improving clinical operations and quality of care for the Rush Medical Group (RMG).
This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care which requires a combination of clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of quality improvement methodologies. The Clinical Practice Consultant - RN plays a key role in implementing quality improvement initiatives, serving as a subject matter expert in ambulatory care delivery, and

Other information : Job Requirements
- Current State of Illinois registered nurse license.
- Master's degree or higher.
- Current specialty certification.
- Maintain current basic life support (BLS) certification.
- A minimum of three years of registered nurse experience with at least two years of ambulatory experience.
- Formal rounding and on-site presence within the dedicated region is required at least 50% of the time.

The Clinical Practice Consultant, RN conducts comprehensive reviews of clinical practices to identify areas for improvement; implements new guidelines and evidence-based protocols to enhance patient outcomes.Utilizes evidence-based teaching and learning strategies to guide the development and implementation of training programs.Uses data-driven analysis to assess the effectiveness of evidence-based interventions, refining and adjusting practices to improve care quality and meet evolving healthcare standards.Relationships and Caring
