Pay Range : 34.61 - 58.14

Summary :
This position leverages Salesforce to develop workflows, configurations, customizations, and applications. Works with the business to customize / update complex software for computer programs, designs prototype applications, implements and tests source code, troubleshoots software applications and effectively executes the development plan. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

Required Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or 3 years working in an IT related discipline.
- Knowledgeable of ITSM, workflow development practices and techniques.
- 2 years development working on Salesforce (i.e. : APEX).
- 2 years' experience documenting requirements, designing in a Salesforce enterprise environment.
- Experience with scrum and other agile based methodology of software development.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
