Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Process bank deposits and manage post office duties (Mail pickup, sorting, and distribution)
- Schedule and facilitate Zoom meetings
- Coordinate overnight shipments and deliveries
- Arrange lunch catering for office meetings
- Organize and file office documents
- Manage office calendars and meeting schedules
- Welcoming visitors and handle incoming calls
Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of costumer service experience is required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem solving
