As the School Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school, implementing educational programs, and ensuring that both students and staff thrive in an inclusive atmosphere. Your strategic planning abilities will guide the school's vision while managing budgets and supervising faculty to enhance educational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve academic excellence and school improvement.
• Adhere to and promote the Catholic faith.
• Manage school budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Supervise teaching staff, providing guidance and support to enhance instructional practices.
• Foster a collaborative environment among faculty, staff, students, and parents to promote community engagement.
• Lead initiatives in education administration that align with state standards and educational best practices.
• Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Oversee student discipline policies and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Engage in public speaking opportunities to represent the school at community events and meetings.
• Educate stakeholders on school policies, programs, and initiatives to maintain transparency.

Experience

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within an educational setting is essential.
• Strong background in education administration with a focus on strategic planning and budgeting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams effectively while fostering a culture of collaboration.
• Experience in public speaking and engaging with various stakeholders including parents, community members, and educational authorities.
• A solid understanding of classroom dynamics and instructional methodologies to support teachers in their professional growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
