Warehouse Staffing is hiring to join the Rusken Packaging team, a dynamic, modern, integrated corrugated packaging company. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual capable of working with machinery in an environment requiring cooperation with a wide variety of employees for our Jackson, TN facility! 1st Shift. Apply in person.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
REASONING ABILITY:
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form.
- Must be available to work overtime.
- Attention to detail
- Safety oriented
Skills Required:
- Understanding inventory control concepts.
- Ability to follow detailed Order requirements to ensure shipment accuracy.
- Picking and staging customer orders.
- Palletizing orders if required.
- Manual Material handling with the ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Basic computer skills
Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products to make sure they meet standards.
- Inspect incoming parts and materials to make sure they are correct.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Be able to work in extreme conditions, like high heat or cold.
- Be able to make repetitive motions like lifting or bending for long periods of time.
Shift Information:
- 1st shift Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30pm
