Summary:
Do you love working with new technologies and innovative products? We are seeking an energetic and experience BDC Manager to assist with hiring, training and insuring the overall success of our internet sales departments.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing lead handling processes, provide analytical reporting on results, working and managing our CRM and other systems and training BDC reps on the Russ Darrow way.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Business Development Center (BDC) and internet sales team.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive online lead generation and customer conversion.
- Train and coach sales consultants to improve phone, email, and live chat communication with potential customers.
- Monitor and analyze lead performance, ensuring all leads are followed up promptly and efficiently.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless online and in-store customer experiences.
- Set appointments and manage customer follow-up to increase foot traffic and sales conversions.
- Collaborate with management to develop competitive pricing and promotions.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
- Proven experience in BDC, internet sales, or automotive sales management
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other automotive sales tools
- Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for the automotive industry and customer satisfaction
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
