Responsibilities

Vehicle stocking/recording duties

Posting journal entries

Spot and correct accounting errors

Post wholesale purchases and Auction sales

Data Entry
-
Work closely with Individual Buyers and Management Teams

Prepare and submit payment for pay-offs to various banking institutions

Cut checks for Vehicle Purchases
Qualifications
Requirements
-
Accounting experience and/or education REQUIRED
-
Automotive with CDK experience preferred
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Solid organizational and multitasking skills

An awesome attitude with impeccable interpersonal skills

Confident working with Excel and Microsoft Office

Strong problem-solving skills
-
The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

Ability to work in person in Menomonee Falls
