Job Description:
- The Floor Manager / Closer position monitors customer activity, in addition to trains and helps improve the performance of the Salespeople
- This person is expected to make CRM monitoring a standard part of your daily routine, which can help you make more timely decisions about critical factors impacting the dealership, which include but are not limited to, those performance metrics that fall outside acceptable levels for the dealership
- Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all salespeople
- Directs and schedules the activities of team, ensuring proper staffing at all times
- Ensures that each customer is greeted as quickly as possible
- Implements and maintains a prospect tracking and follow-up system
- Communicates with salespeople to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed
- Conducts sales training meetings as directed by the general sales manager

- Must maintain a professional appearance and manner consistent with dealership culture

Qualifications
- Dealership management experience
- Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
