This role will be responsible for the maintaining world class customer service relations through a customer facing attitude, responsive communication, equipment troubleshooting, job scheduling, and finding solutions to tough problems. Experience / Requirements Mechanical experience, BSME or BSMET is preferred Experience in a production environment Experience dispatching field service engineers for installations, warranty, breakdown and preventative maintenance service Strong Customer experience Experience with metal forming equipment installation and repair is a plus Supervisory experience is a plus No job hoppers
