THE ROLE
We are seeking a Managing Broker to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Gilbert, Arizona office. This leadership position requires a seasoned real estate professional who is a visionary, a people manager, and a strategic thinker. The Managing Broker will set the tone for a positive and growth-focused office culture while empowering Global Real Estate Advisors and staff to achieve excellence. They will be instrumental in fostering Global Real Estate Advisor development, building community relationships, and growing the office’s presence in the luxury market. Candidates must be self-starters with a current broker’s license and extensive experience in recruiting and managing real estate professionals.
THE WORK: This is a high energy role requiring daily focus and commitment to the following areas:
Leadership & Culture:
- Set a clear vision and establish a positive, growth-oriented culture that aligns with the firm’s values.
- Energize and inspire Global Real Estate Advisors and staff to pursue excellence and mastery in their careers.
- Ensure professionalism and adherence to high standards in all aspects of office operations.
Daily Operations Oversight:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the office, including operational workflows, broker support, and adherence to company policies.
- Serve as the go-to leader for Global Real Estate Advisors and staff, providing guidance on transactions, challenges, and opportunities.
Recruiting & Growth:
- Develop and execute a recruiting strategy to attract top-tier Global Real Estate Advisors who align with the firm’s standards, particularly those experienced in the luxury market.
- Meet annual recruiting targets by identifying and onboarding Global Real Estate Advisors with professionalism, a strong production record, and exceptional potential.
Coaching & Development:
- Conduct annual and quarterly reviews to help Global Real Estate Advisors develop and execute their Personal Business Plans.
- Lead impactful weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and skill development workshops.
- Support Global Real Estate Advisors with listing consultations, buyer presentations, and luxury market expertise.
Training & Education:
- Regularly assess Global Real Estate Advisors needs and organize tailored training programs to drive success.
- Leverage brand resources to enhance Global Real Estate Advisor performance and ensure a professional, growth-oriented office environment.
Community & Industry Engagement:
- Actively represent the company through involvement in industry associations and community events.
- Maintain strong relationships within the local market to support business development and elevate the firm’s presence.
Business Support:
Ensure Global Real Estate Advisors have the resources and tools needed for transaction management and client service.
