At Russ’ Commissary you’ll have the opportunity to work as a team and focus on providing safe and quality products to our customers.

We are currently seeking full-time, dependable, and motivated individuals for high-paced, hands-on bread production on our 3rd shift.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate in a fast-paced production environment with high attention to quality and efficiency.
• Accurately measure and prepare ingredients for dough production.
• Set and monitor oven temperatures and bake times to ensure consistency and quality.
• Work with hot ovens and be willing to assist in cold environments as needed.
• Pulling doughs, pan placement, and tip bread from pans, requiring bending, lifting, turning, and repetitive motions.
• Maintain and follow proper sanitation procedures in accordance with USDA/FDA regulations.
• Document and monitor product temperatures in compliance with HACCP requirements.
• Pull and package orders with accuracy for our customers.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Must be well-organized with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments as needed.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
• Food production experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
