What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Manufacturer position at Russ' Restaurant?
Russ' Commissary is seeking a full-time dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented
individual to make large batches of cooked product. Primary job functions include general food production and sanitation, but may also incorporate warehousing, picking orders, and local delivery. Must be able to work in a cold environment at times.

Responsibilities :
- Read and follow recipes as written.
- Measure ingredients accurately and to specifications.
- Rotate raw ingredients and finished products. (FIFO)
- Properly label all raw, in-process, and finished product materials.
- Create and adhere to a weekly production schedule meeting the needs of our restaurants.
- Follow and maintain good sanitation procedures in accordance with USDA / FDA Regulatory requirements.
- Perform and properly document product cook & cool-down temperature checks in relation to our HACCP Plan.
- Accurately pick orders for our restaurants.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
