What will you do in your role?
The Operations Specialist will work alongside the department Operations Analyst to ensure operational efficiency and quality inspection within the Customer Service Department at Russell Cellular. The Operations Specialist will inspect internal policy, process and execution of customer appointments to ensure consistency and integrity amongst the department.
Duties will include, but not be limited
- Daily recorded call listening to provide insight and solutions to department leadership to maximize appointment accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with department leadership to share call quality performance issues and provide regular reports on overall performance and trends
- Develop materials and documentation to support training as needed
- Assist with the development and maintenance of department quality scoring programs
- Create engaging incentives around parts of the reviews we aim to improve in
Qualifications:
- Competency in PC required:
- Outlook/E-mail
- MS Office (Excel, Word)
- General office skills
- Knowledge of MS Access Database preferred
- Construction knowledge
- Willingness to learn and take on new projects/responsibilities/tasks
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Effective communication with customers, 250 stores, colleagues, vendors
