We are seeking a motivated team player to join our team as a buyer. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing a variety of steel products to meet the needs of our customers. You will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and quality control, to ensure timely and effective procurement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any discrepancies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other team members.
- Assist with the development and implementation of purchasing strategies.
- Purchase consumable products for facilities (warehouse supplies, office supplies, etc.)
- Provide support to other members of the purchasing team as needed.
