- Receives and reviews client shipment information and prepares required documentation. Classification and submission to the US Customs and Border Pr
- Handling calls and questions from clients and / or drivers
- Ensuring timely upload of all entries for release or inbound
- Data upload of electronic manifest data and FDA prior notification and Oasis data
- Performing a variety of general office duties as assigned
- Accept duties as assigned
- High School graduate or related work experience
- 1-3 years general brokerage experience
- Understanding of Harmonized tariff and product classification
- Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to meet deadlines, prioritize responsibilities and multi-task
- Experience with computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel
- Experience with office equipment, fax and photo copier
- Above average data entry skills
- Familiar with all Company policies and procedures
- Must work under deadlines and related stresses in an efficient manner
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time while entering data
