What We’re Looking For
- Licensed attorney – Active admission to the Washington State Bar (Idaho license required, but we’ll assist with the process).
- Experienced in personal injury law – Minimum two years of experience handling personal injury cases.
- Tech-savvy & organized – Comfortable with Microsoft programs and case management software.
- Proactive & client-focused – Strong advocacy, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Team player & leader – Ready to mentor and collaborate with paralegals and support staff.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Case management – Handle personal injury cases from start to finish, including medical record review, subrogation, and drafting demands.
- Client & adjuster communication – Maintain regular, effective communication to move cases forward.
- Legal research & writing – Draft settlement demand letters, mediation briefs, motions.
- Negotiation & dispute resolution – Negotiate settlements, participate in mediations, arbitrations, and take/defend depositions, and trying cases.
- Mentorship & leadership – Train and support paralegals to enhance their skills and efficiency.

- Job type: Full-time
- Salary: Base salary starting at $90,000, with total compensation potential ranging from $100,000 to $200,000 based on performance and bonus earnings.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
