Our Customer Engagement team is a key piece of our customer service department. Russell Cellular operates 750 Verizon Wireless locations nationwide and our Customer Engagement Representatives are responsible for outbound calling to existing Verizon customers that qualify for one of our campaigns; you would be responsible for setting up an appointment for them to come into the store to speak to one of our Wireless Sales Specialist and complete the transaction.

- Strong verbal communication skills in the English language
- Good sense of organization
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong typing skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Effective phone and email communication with colleagues, existing customers, and potential customers
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services
