Sales Representative

About the Role:
Russell Equipment is seeking a Sales Representative to drive equipment sales while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This primarily inside sales role involves managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Minimal travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new customers while nurturing existing relationships.
• Manage customer communications, including emails, calls, quotes, and transactions.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from promoting equipment to payment collection.
• Follow up after equipment delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform both inside and occasional outside sales activities with limited overnight travel.

Qualifications:
Required:

• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Solid mathematical competency.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to accept and implement constructive feedback.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

• Prior sales experience with a physical product line.
• Ability to build rapport in person and over the phone.
