Are you a skilled organizer and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? If so, we want you on our team as our Landscape Maintenance Production Manager! (MUST HAVE 3-5 YEARS OF LANDSCAPE EXPERIENCE)

In this pivotal role, you'll be the maestro behind the scenes, overseeing all aspects of our landscape maintenance operations. You'll leverage your expertise in horticulture and leadership skills to ensure our crews deliver exceptional service, maintain beautiful landscapes, and satisfy our clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and supervise a team of landscape maintenance professionals (crew leaders, crews) across various client sites, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement detailed maintenance schedules, ensuring efficient workflow and crew assignments for routine tasks (mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, etc.).
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of service, adherence to specifications, and crew safety.
  • Identify and address any client concerns or landscape issues promptly, working collaboratively to find solutions.
  • Manage crew productivity and performance, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring crews have the necessary supplies and equipment to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Manage project budgets and track costs associated with labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Conduct or oversee routine equipment maintenance and ensure crews perform proper care for tools.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities for additional landscape services.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including crew time sheets, service reports, and client communication logs.
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with a proven track record of leading and managing crews.
  • In-depth understanding of horticultural principles, plant health care, and best practices for maintaining various landscape elements (turf, trees, shrubs, flowers, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and effectively delegate tasks to a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
