At Russell Landscape, we don’t just maintain landscapes—we enhance them! We’re looking for an Enhancements Crew Leader to take the reins on projects that bring properties to life. ✔ Leading a 2 person crew in executing landscape enhancement projects
✔ Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest client standards
✔ Conducting site inspections and providing hands-on leadership for soil preparation, planting, and irrigation
✔ Training team members and ensuring strict safety protocols are followed
✔ Driving and maintaining company vehicles and equipment
✔ Managing schedules, job progress, and quality control
2 years of landscape installation experience
1 years of crew leadership experience
Strong understanding of lawn care, planting, and irrigation
Ability to operate landscape equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.)
Driver’s license with a good record
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Ability to read architectural drawings and execute plans with precision
Physical ability to handle outdoor work, including lifting 30-80 lbs and working in various weather conditions
