Lead the Charge in Creating Stunning Landscapes!
The Commercial Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader is a hands-on role responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of landscape enhancement projects. This includes directing a crew in executing projects, ensuring quality standards, maintaining safety and efficiency, and communicating effectively with supervisors, clients, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading and Supervising:
- Direct and lead a crew in the execution of various landscape enhancement projects.
- Assign tasks to crew members based on their skills and project needs.
- Ensure all landscape enhancement work is completed properly and to high standards.

Quality Control:
- Maintain high quality standards for all landscape enhancement work performed.
- Ensure that completed projects meet client expectations and company quality standards.

Safety:
- Always maintain and promote safe working conditions in the field.
- Ensure that all crew members follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Efficiency:
- Ensure that landscape enhancement projects are completed efficiently and within the estimated time frame.
- Optimize workflow and resource utilization to maximize productivity.

Training:
- Train crew members to perform tasks effectively and efficiently, adhering to best practices and safety guidelines.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to develop the skills of team members.

Communication:
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project progress, challenges, and resource needs.
- Interact professionally with clients on-site as needed, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with other stakeholders, such as other company departments or subcontractors.

Equipment:
- Operate and maintain various landscape equipment and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Perform daily checks on equipment and report any maintenance needs or issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscape enhancement or construction.
- Prior experience leading or supervising a team.
- Strong knowledge of landscape installation techniques.
- Ability to operate and maintain common landscape equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license 1 (may be required).
