Are you a skilled and motivated leader with a passion for commercial landscapes?
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader ( Spanish speaking is a PLUS but not a requirement ) to oversee and manage our commercial landscape maintenance teams. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial landscape practices, a commitment to quality, and exceptional leadership abilities.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise a crew of landscape maintenance workers, assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring safety compliance.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and material management for commercial properties.
- Maintain high-quality standards for all commercial landscape maintenance services.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Estimate labor and material needs for commercial landscape maintenance projects.
- Monitor crew performance and provide feedback and coaching.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Operate various landscape equipment and machinery.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching for commercial properties.
- Assist with commercial landscape construction projects as required.
