We’ve got some grass to cut, and we need your help! We are looking for BADASS landscape crew members –to join us. Settling isn’t a success. Russell Landscape has the tools, resources, and opportunities to elevate you to the next level in your career.

Everyone needs a little time off and you’ll have 10 hours of PTO after 60 days of employment plus an additional 3 paid holidays . After your one-year mark, you’ll receive an additional 30 hours of paid time off and you can use that time off in any way you see fit.

Job Duties and Qualifications :

1 years of crew leadership experience.

DOT certification is a plus

Operate landscape maintenance equipment in a professional and safe manner.

Ability to train and communicate effectively with crew members.

Must be willing to work outside in the elements (Heat, cold, and sometimes rain).

Available to work Monday through Friday.

A positive attitude with the drive and desire to be the absolute best in the business and get paid to outperform our competition.
