Are you looking for a physically demanding outdoor job with opportunities for growth?
We're seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our landscape crew. As a Landscape Laborer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and health of residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities :
Perform various landscape maintenance tasks, including :
Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
Pruning shrubs and trees
Planting flowers and shrubs
Weeding and mulching
Installing and maintaining irrigation systems
Assisting with hardscape projects (pavers, patios, etc.)
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Work effectively as part of a team and under the direction of a crew leader.
Qualifications :
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliable transportation.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Physical Demands :
Frequently required to talk and hear.
Close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust to focus are required.
Frequently walk, stand, stoop, bend, twist, kneel, and squat for extended periods.
Frequently reach overhead with hands and arms to hold, climb, or balance
Use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Frequently lift, pull, and push materials and equipment.
Must be able to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue and to jump, sprint, or throw an object effectively.
