As a Senior Landscape Account Manager, you will be the lead client advocate, responsible for the overall satisfaction and success of your assigned portfolio. You'll leverage your industry expertise and relationship-building skills to develop long-term partnerships, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, fostering strong relationships and exceeding expectations.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to retain and grow business with existing clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, crew) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and address client concerns, working collaboratively to find solutions.
- Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring cost-effective and timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality of service and adherence to specifications.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to secure new clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Generate reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts.
- Mentor and coach junior account managers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, design, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in client relationship management and business development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance principles and best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
