About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join our Dunedin office. This role ensures the smooth running of the team and is responsible for the full range of legal secretarial services including administrative activity, diary management, file management and billing. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a small team of busy and dynamic lawyers!
Your responsibilities will be varied and include:
- Diary and file management.
- Billing and timesheets.
- Document management, including typing and dictation.
- Completing accounting functions and looking after invoicing processes.
- Travel arrangements.
