Manager Physician Development and Recruitment (Full Time)
Job Summary:
Accountable for direct provider recruitment and all support services relating to Medical Staff Development for Russell Medical (“RM”). Grow knowledge and understanding of Medical Student Program toward future and successional leadership of program. Will facilitate the medical student program within the site, serving as the direct link or main point of contact with the colleges for the faculty and students within the clinical site in the future.
Full time with benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with occasional evenings for events/meetings
Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two-five years of proven successful physician recruitment, sales, human resources, public relations or comparable field.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS: None
EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, WORK AIDS: Computers and other office equipment
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Good communication skills, both written and oral. Proficient in public speaking. Ability to understand physician issues including reimbursement. Excellent negotiation, organization, and prioritization skills.
