RN Emergency Dept. (PRN)
Provides professional nursing care through the assessment, treatment, and education of patients in accordance with physicians treatment plans.
Dept Info: 12 bed ED, with 2 trauma rooms. Physician in ED at all times. APP in ED daily from 10a-10p. Average 4:1 nurse to patient ratio. Level 3 Trauma Center. Stroke Ready Center.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Associate Degree in Nursing.
EXPERIENCE: No experience required.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS: Registered Nurse
EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, WORK AIDS: Patient therapeutic equipment/machines or their reasonable accommodation.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Knowledge of appropriate patient population growth and development. Patient Population Served: Neonate (Newborn), Infant (3-12 mo.), Toddler (1-3 yrs.), Preschool (3-5 yrs.), School Age (5-12 yrs.), Adolescent (12-18 yrs.), Adult (18-70yrs.), Geriatric (>70 yrs.)
