As a Russell Roofing Sales Representative and Project Manager, you will provide superior customer service and communication while helping inform our customers of the best materials, material specifications, and installation practices. The position encompasses multiple facets: customer relations, networking, business acquisition, installation support, and continued education in best practices.
Referral Based Leads:
Russell Roofing is an inbound lead source company. To increase leads and grow territories, Project Managers are responsible for providing all customers with accurate and timely information, estimates, and recommendations that meet their needs. In addition, Project Managers are responsible for the following to increase our referral base:
- Job signs on active installs and services
- Job sign campaigns throughout the community at primary locations
- Customer reviews
- Canvassing active installs
- Customer satisfaction forms
- Customer referrals
- Project photos
Sales Compensation Package:

- Base salary during training only

Salary : $50,000 - $300,000
