Russell Square (RS) is a multi-state developer and licensed general contractor with employees currently based in five states in the western half of the United States. We specialize in multifamily development and are responsible for all phases of the real estate development process from site selection to lease-up. Our current pipeline consists of 2300 apartments slated to begin construction over the coming 14 months in various states.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Work under the guidance of plumbing journeyman and foreman.
- Repairing or replacing pipes and parts.
- Tool inspection and checking.
- Assist Plumbers to ensure all work is in accordance with federal, state and local plumbing codes.
- Perform site cleanup daily.
- Organize material around the site and within buildings under construction.
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues.
- Install water heaters, water softeners and other fixtures.
- Repair and replace fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers and bathtubs.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- 1-3 years’ experience as a plumbing apprentice.
- Be able to communicate effectively.
- Have and maintain safe working practices.
- Be able to work well with all levels of employees.
- Reliable and looking for a long-term employment opportunity.

Required Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
- Valid driver’s license and clean diving record.

- Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.
- Must be on-call to address delays, emergencies, bad weather, and other job site issues.
