As a key member of our production staff, you'll play a direct role in ensuring that every piece of candy meets our high standards for quality and safety. You'll supervise a team of over 30 employees, providing guidance and training as needed, and working closely with our manufacturing team to meet production goals.
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you'll need at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment. You should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to read and write in English. A college degree or equivalent experience is also a plus!
