Reporting into the Global Insights Senior Manager this is a critical role in guiding the strategies and actions on the business, with visibility up through the highest levels of the company.What you will be doing...Conducting fact-based analysis of category, competition, customer, and company in-market trends, including monthly IRI reporting and ad hoc analyses to inform marketing business decisionsAnalyzing consumer key metrics (IRI Panel) and in-market sales developments by season, product line, and channel / customerLeading consumption reporting, including weekly updates to the company and reporting up through Lindt Global Senior ManagementProviding analysis on pricing and promotional activities on volume (i.e., elasticities), in collaboration with Category and Revenue Growth Management teamsCollaborating on new product forecasts and monitoring new item performance, including incrementality, in partnership with the Marketing TeamAnalyzing in-market trends and comparing vs. company forecasts as part of the monthly S&OP cycleDo you have what it takes? Strong candidates are strong analytically, able to analyze data to develop a comprehensive understanding of the landscape, distill actionable insights, and clearly communicate both to key stakeholders. We are seeking candidates who are energized by uncovering actionable insights in partnership with multi-functional partners and making recommendations to accelerate profitable share growth for the company.(Basic Qualifications) In-market Point of Sale (POS) and Panel data and tools (ideally IRI / Circana) experience, to include working with suppliers, pulling reports, distilling insights from the data and reportingExperience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company with products distributed in Mass, Food, Drug, Club and Dollar ChannelsDo you stand above the rest?
