Title: Technical Lead - Guidewire Developer
Location: Jacksonville, Florida (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of developers across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations.
Oversee Guidewire application development and implementation while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and QA teams for seamless integration.
Troubleshoot and optimize Guidewire applications for performance and scalability.
Maintain compliance with best practices and industry standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
7 years of experience in Guidewire development, specializing in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Hands-on experience in Guidewire configuration and integration.
Strong background in the P&C Personal Property Insurance domain.
Proficiency in Java, Gosu scripting, XML, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proven leadership skills managing offshore and onshore development teams.
