📌 What You’ll Do:
✔️ Process and track invoices, bills, and payments
✔️ Ensure timely and accurate payments
✔️ Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries
✔️ Handle stop payments and reissues
✔️ Manage invoice emails and vendor holds
✔️ Complete monthly GL reconciliation & year-end 1099 adjustments
