Summary :
An online marketplace corporation is seeking a skilled project manager to oversee the sourcing and acquisition of supply for its Experience team. This role involves managing tools like CRM systems and vendor-driven platforms to support the sourcing of new hosted Experiences. The individual will guide the optimization of sourcing systems, work with vendors and internal teams to enhance search and quality evaluation tools, and deliver weekly insights and dashboards on global supply goals. This position requires a mix of creative, organizational, and communication skills to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and ensure timely project delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the development, planning, production, and execution of supply acquisition projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Source supply, conduct outreach to experience hosts, and create tools to optimize sourcing and acquisition processes.
- Ensure vendor-sourced leads meet quality and supply guidelines, and oversee the optimization of sourcing tools and data processes.
- Provide weekly project updates and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, resource plans, and project briefs.
