Job Summary :

The individual will lead cross-functional teams and consult on re-engineering techniques to improve product quality and overall performance.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Diagram and evaluate existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams to drive process improvements.
- Develop and measure key performance indicators to track and enhance process performance.
