Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 YOE supporting C-Level Executives
- Calendar management and Travel arrangements previous experience
- Concur highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
