Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Occasional weekend support with advance notice)
Pay Rate: $20–22/hour

Key Responsibilities
Outfitter (B2B) Support
- Act as the first line of contact for Outfitters via phone and CRM.
- Troubleshoot and respond to questions around reservations, processes, tools, and policies.
- Provide on-the-spot training for Outfitter systems and escalate unique issues when needed.
- Share insights with leadership around trends, challenges, or competitive intel.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and Account Managers.
- Deliver white-glove service to members of a national adventure subscription program.
- Assist with reservations, membership concerns, and experience-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate data and booking information.
- Pass qualified leads to the sales team.
- Support internal teams with data entry and other special projects.
- Act as Tier 1 support through an internal case management system.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Customer service experience (B2B & B2C) required
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using multiple digital tools and platforms
- Open to occasional evenings or weekend coverage
