Russell Tobin is looking to engage with senior level candidates in Houston, TX with relevant expertise in the energy, oil & gas recruitment sector. This role would be instrumental in the build out of this practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This role will help to architect and scale the Practice.
- You must be able to lead by example and demonstrate ability to generate new clients, service existing clients, manage overall delivery for applicable accounts.
- Hire, train, and develop new talent for this team. You will be given autonomy to identify your own strategic hires. Essentially, you are the GM for your own team.
- Work with Russell Tobin Leadership to develop and implement best practices for recruiting and business development in this sector.
- Manage employee performance and development relating to financial performance and cultural growth.
- Set team targets, drive towards goals and maintain accountability for revenue, gross profit and net profit growth for the office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Leadership/management experience.
- Strong moral compass.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish personal credibility and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively
- Ability to operate in a deadline driven environment and adapt to changes in procedures, policies and practices
- Ability to work well in an open team environment and with local and remote colleagues
