Associate Purchasing Analyst – Hybrid
🏍️ Ready to kickstart your career with an industry leader in powersports? We’re looking for an Associate Purchasing Analyst to join the team and support supply chain operations! This is a 6-month contract with potential to extend.
📍 Location: Bass Creek, MN
💰 Pay Rate: $26-28/hour
🕒 Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
🏠 Work Arrangement: Onsite for training (2-4 weeks), then hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of products 📦
✅ Collaborate with demand planning analysts to maintain inventory levels
✅ Process purchase orders & address order adjustments 🚀
✅ Resolve backorder issues and maintain data integrity
✅ Negotiate cost, lead times, and order quantities to optimize supply chain
✅ Communicate across teams to drive business goals
🔹 What You’ll Need:
✔️ 1 year in supply chain, purchasing, or inventory management
✔️ Excel Proficiency – VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting 📊
✔️ Strong problem-solving & collaboration skills
✔️ Ability to multi-task & stay organized
✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
🎓 Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
