Employment Type: Contract
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402 (Hybrid; 3 days onsite required post training, Tuesday-Thursday)
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension
Pay rate: $26.13 - $28.13/hr.
Job Description:
The Commercial Customer Service - Treasury Management Support, Loan, and DDA Banker is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to commercial banking clients using the bank's Treasury Management platforms. This role focuses on maintaining and expanding relationships with clients through proactive support, identifying issues, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting banking products and services. The banker will assist customers with navigating Treasury Management products and online platforms, while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing effective and timely solutions.
- Assist customers in navigating Treasury Management platforms, including the bank’s online tools like emulation and co-browse.
- Maintain a solid understanding of bank systems and Treasury Management products.
- Regularly attend training sessions to keep knowledge up to date on departmental procedures and products.
- Identify and address potential customer problems or compliance issues proactively.
- Foster and expand customer relationships by identifying and suggesting relevant products and services.
Skills:
Required
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
- Excellent customer service and problem resolution abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and relevant bank systems.
- Ability to navigate and support customers on online banking platforms.
Preferred:
- Experience with Treasury Management products (GTM and Operations experience preferred).
- Technical support skills, including proficiency in co-browse tools.
- Experience in an Information Technology environment with an understanding of digital banking capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of departmental systems and bank products/services.
Education Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
