Russell Tobin's client, a manufacturing company in the US, is hiring Claims Testing Analyst in Mason, OH.

Bill Rate: $24-28.57/hr DOE

Summary:

The Claims Testing Analyst is responsible for validating data in test environments, ensuring system readiness for claims testing, and collaborating across departments to identify and resolve discrepancies. This role involves creating and validating test claims, tracking defects, and documenting results for a seamless transition to production systems.

Work Hours:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Validate base data in test environments to ensure accurate system setup prior to testing.
• Create and validate test claims for client requests and new client implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system setup issues.
• Track testing defects and monitor their resolution through re-testing.
• Document and analyze testing outcomes to facilitate smooth transitions to production.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Claims Testing Team and other key departments.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Experience in claims or data processing/testing.
• Intermediate proficiency with PCs and spreadsheet applications.
• Understanding of claims adjudication, payments/billing, and data reporting systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks and project timelines.
• Data entry speed of 9,000 KPH.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data analysis.
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL and/or Business Objects/EDW.
• Familiarity with Facets and SAP systems.
• Highly motivated self-starter.

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and effective collaboration with internal teams to meet testing deliverables.
