Job Title: Client Relations (Financial Industry)
Location: South Jordan, UT (Onsite)
Hourly Rate: $19-$20/hour
Contract Duration: 12 months with possible extension or permanent position
Description:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team in the financial industry. The professional will support the written Client Relations/Senior Investor inquiries and concerns, ensuring compliance with regulations governing the handling of Client Complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve operational client complaints in compliance with firm regulations.
- Prepare written communications to clients regarding complaint resolutions.
- Handle operational responsibilities within Client Relations, including Settlement processing and Privacy Opt-Out processing.
- Manage incoming telephone calls and support additional projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases and maintain attention to detail.
- Prior experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field in the financial industry is a plus.
