Description: As a Structured Credit Services Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing key relationships and overseeing monthly compliance reporting and quarterly note valuation reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 10 Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) SPVs and supervise each CLO’s Portfolio Accounting Analyst
- Prepare and manage monthly and quarterly investor reporting packages, ensuring deep familiarity with all issued reports
- Collaborate with underwriters, investment managers, rating agencies, and bondholders
- Play a leadership role within the team, fostering collaboration and efficiency
- Oversee annual compliance requirements for each SPV, including Accountant’s Reports and Issuer’s Certifications
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of general accounting and financial reporting principles
- 3 years with structured credit products (CLO experience HIGHLY preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and financial modeling
