Contract: 6 months with potential for contact to hire!
Location: San Antonio, TX
Pay Range: 33-37/hr depending one experience
Responsibilities:
- Designs and coordinates direct patient communications with a specific focus on acquisition, integration and operational changes in care notifications (provider change, term or move; clinic closure or move; payer term; panel movement, etc.), patient engagement letters and mailings, patient quality letters and mailings, Medicare ACO and CIN notices, and other.
- Creation and deployment of nonclinical patient emails, project tracking and adherence to compliance and legal requirements.
- Sourcing data from various places and putting them together in a cohesive report using Excel
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excel required
- MS office Suite and Outlook required
