Pay Rate: $42.08 to $44.08 per hour on W2

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Editorial Programmer to support a dynamic digital fitness platform. This role involves managing and publishing wellness and fitness content across multiple devices, ensuring seamless execution of weekly editorial plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute weekly content updates using a content management system, including workouts, meditations, Collections, Trainer Tips, and more.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of content assets, metadata, and visual elements.
- Collaborate with editorial, production, design, engineering, and marketing teams to align on programming priorities.
- Assist in the development and QA of new features by managing content in test environments.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance content presentation and customer experience.
- Support continuous improvement of internal tools and workflows with engineering partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content programming, online media, or e-commerce.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in web-based content management systems and production tools.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Passion for health, fitness, and digital wellness content.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience (3 years) considered.
